QUALIFICATIONS

  • Servers & bartenders must have a strong foundation of food & beverage knowledge and service experience
  • Host, back waiters & cocktail servers must have a desire to expand their current food & beverage knowledge.
  • Hosts must exclude genuine hospitality and some familiarity with Open Table
  • Prep Cooks & Dishwashers must have a strong work ethic and a desire to progress and learn
  • Cooks must be passionate, hard working, hungry for learning and able to hold the bar high
  • Managers & Chefs must lead by teaching
